The look of a 1930s bias cut Harlow gown, done with 70s flair! Dress has deep vee neck that meets the high waist curving up between the breasts, with gathered bust. Four gore flaring skirt. The dress can be worn with or without the double layered flutter capelet. It has a scarf-like neck that ties in front, so graceful!
